I was one of the first to get fire permits in Bend: it’s probably changed since I lived there (since they had no clue what firedancing was & I had to give them a demo to get the permit), but the fire department should be pretty knowledgeable by now with so many firedancers in town. Talk to them & see what the procedure is (and if there are any fees). Good luck!
